Protective Painting & Corrosion Protection
Anti-corrosive surface treatment and heavy-duty painting applied across structural steel members and roof sheeting.
Project Brief
The client's structural steel and roof sheeting were showing early signs of corrosion from continuous exposure to harsh conditions, requiring surface treatment and protective coating before the damage progressed further. Our objective was to treat and coat every exposed steel surface with an anti-corrosive system built to withstand the facility's operating environment.
Our Solution
Our team surface-treated all exposed structural steel and roof sheeting to remove existing corrosion, then applied an anti-corrosive primer followed by heavy-duty protective paint across every treated surface. The finished coating system protects the structure from further corrosion and extends its service life.
