The exact scope of work, timeline and cost for any project is defined in a separate written quotation or agreement between us and the client.

2. Quotes & Estimates

Any quote, estimate or cost shared on this website or during a consultation is indicative and subject to change based on a final site survey, material availability and project specifications. A binding cost is only confirmed once both parties sign a formal project agreement or work order.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to provide accurate site information, necessary approvals or permissions, and timely access to the project site. Delays caused by incomplete information, site access issues, or change requests from the client's side may affect the agreed project timeline and cost.

4. Payments

Payment schedules are milestone-based and defined in the project agreement. Work may be paused if agreed payment milestones are not met. All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

5. Project Changes

Any changes to the agreed scope of work, materials or design after project commencement may result in revised costs and timelines, which will be communicated and agreed upon in writing before implementation.

6. Warranty & Liability

Our workmanship is backed by a warranty as specified in the individual project agreement. We are not liable for damages arising from misuse, unauthorized modification, or maintenance not carried out in line with our recommendations, nor for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
